Bryan Johnson has partnered with meal delivery service Tovala to sell his specific diet plans starting Thursday, October 29. This collaboration makes his previously private nutrition protocol available to the general public through a dedicated subscription service.

The new menu features two permanent Johnson signature dishes, Super Veggie and Nutty Pudding. These staples sit alongside a rotating selection of chef-designed entrees that follow his dietary rules. Johnson stated that every ingredient must meet a high standard for these meals to earn his certification.

Each plate focuses on lean proteins, healthy fats, and nutrient-rich components. The recipes exclude more than 100 banned ingredients. Specifically, the meals contain no dairy, artificial preservatives, refined sugars, or hydrogenated oils. Most options provide at least 35 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber to support energy levels.

Tovala distinguishes itself from other delivery companies by bundling a Smart Oven with every plan. Customers receive a countertop device that uses QR codes to activate precise cooking cycles. The oven includes Bake, Broil, Air Fry, Toast, and Reheat modes. It is designed to replace several standard kitchen appliances while preparing the meals in one minute of prep time.

Customers select a weekly plan based on the number of meals they want to receive. They then choose their preferred dishes from the rotating list. The service charges $8.99 per serving for the food. The Smart Oven is available for purchase starting at $69.

Johnson describes his protocol as a system where each component serves a specific biological function. He noted that the Tovala partnership allows people to eat his exact meal plan without preparing it themselves. The service began accepting orders on the same day the partnership was announced.
